Refund & Exchange Policy

Exchange

We do not accept change of mind or incorrect purchase exchange for items purchased through our online store.

However, if the items are found to be defective or damaged you will have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, you will have to contact us through email: contact@wildfernsthailand.com and subject Exchange Products. Please submit your receipt along with your image of your product(s)’s issues and then waiting for us to reply back to approve your request.

Condition of the item for exchange must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will take steps to replace your defective product, in cases where that is not possible we will provide store credit to the value of your purchase price.

However, if the consumer have issues regarding to health due to the use of our products then please email us the proof of doctor’s certificate that mentioned the cause and have all the photos evidence within 7 days from the date purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
